New Leadership Ignites Fresh Energy Across RT 002 RW06 Community

Pondok Rejeki, July 21, 2025— A warm and friendly atmosphere filled the Sunday evening of the residents of RT 002 RW 06 Pondok Rejeki during the Handover Ceremony (Sertijab) for the RT Chairperson held on Sunday evening. This event marked the important transition of leadership from Mr. Muhammad Mirzal Adlani Siregar (2022–2025 term) to Mr. Agus Purwanto (2025–2028 term).

The event began with the recitation of the Basmallah, followed by the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, and a dance performance by the children of RT 002, who enthusiastically presented the Pica-Pica dance. All residents, from children to the elderly, appeared enthusiastic and enjoyed the lively yet solemn atmosphere of the evening.

In his final report, Mr. Muhammad Mirzal expressed gratitude and thanks for the trust and support of the residents of RT 002 during his tenure.

“There have been many valuable lessons and memories over the past three years. I am grateful to have fulfilled my duties alongside a united community. May the new RT Chairman continue the good work we have built together,” he said.

The handover ceremony was conducted symbolically and officially with the reading of the Decision Letter, witnessed directly by RW 06 Chairman Mr. Kuwat Maruto, and community leader Mr. Mohammad Rusli Arifin, S.E.  

Mr. Agus Purwanto, the newly appointed RT Chairman, delivered his inaugural speech with enthusiasm and new hope.

 “I am ready to fulfill this trust to the best of my ability. But I cannot do it alone. I hope for cooperation and active participation from all residents to create a more harmonious, safe, and comfortable RT 002 environment,” he said.  

The Chairman of RW 06, Mr. Kuwat Maruto, also gave a warm welcome and expressed appreciation for the unity shown by the residents of RT 002.

“Such healthy leadership succession is worth emulating. I am proud of the spirit of mutual cooperation that continues to thrive here. My hope is that RT 002 can become an inspiring environment for other RTs,” he said.  

In addition to the formal event, the atmosphere became even more lively with a modern dance performance titled Bumblebee by the children of RT 002. The highlight was the door prize session, which brought laughter and enthusiasm among the residents, strengthening the sense of togetherness.

The event concluded with a joint prayer, as a form of hope that the new leadership will bring blessings and that the RT 002 RW 06 community will always be filled with peace and unity.
